We aim to make every claim go smoothly. If something has not met your expectations, we want to hear about it and put it right.

Tell us

Email us at mark@pocketprojects.com.au or call +61 423 429 610. Include your name, the project or claim reference, a short description of the issue, and what you would like us to do.

We look into it

We will acknowledge your complaint within [X business days], look into it properly, and come back to you with a response within [X business days]. If we need longer, we will tell you why and keep you updated.

If you are not satisfied

You can escalate to [a director or nominated contact], and where relevant we will point you to the appropriate external body.
